You didn't buy a boat to manage one.
The problem
Sound familiar?
The hard part of owning a boat was never the boating.
01
Can't get a good tech
You wait weeks, then get whoever shows up.
02
Every visit starts cold
No one knows your boat's history, so you pay to re-explain it every time.
03
You're the project manager
Scheduling, chasing, decoding invoices. Not what you bought the boat for.
04
Small problems get expensive
Without a system, deferred maintenance becomes a big repair bill.
05
No way to vet quality
You can't tell the pro from the cowboy until something goes wrong.
06
Nothing to hand over
No record means a buyer or a surveyor has nothing to read, and every question about the boat's history goes unanswered.
That's not ownership, that's a second job.
Stop being the project manager
Book a wash, schedule a tech, log a repair in a tap. No phone tag, no chasing, no invoices five months late.
Vetted marine pros
Every tech screened, certified, and rated. They show up already knowing your boat's history, so it's done right the first time.
Your boat finally has a memory
Every service, inspection, and wash in one record that builds itself as the work happens. Know what's done, what it cost, what's coming due.
Documented at sale
The KEEL Record transfers with the boat. A buyer opens it and sees every service, part and inspection on file, in one place.

Questions
What owners ask us first.
- Can I bring the pros I already use?
- Yes, and that is the usual way in. You add your washer, diver or technician from the service you want done, KEEL sends them a link, and they land connected to your boat. Washers and divers get a text; technicians get an email.
- Who sets the price?
- The pro does. You can propose a different rate and they accept or decline it, but KEEL will not book a visit at a price the pro never agreed to.
- What do you need to set my boat up?
- Name, make, model and year, the home port and slip, and the engine's make, model and hours. About two minutes. The slip matters more than it sounds: GPS can put a pro at the marina but cannot tell your boat from the one beside it, and the slip is what they read off the dock.
- What ends up on the record?
- Every visit a pro logs: what was done, when, and who did it. It stays attached to the boat, so the next person to work on it starts from what actually happened rather than from your memory.
- Where does KEEL work?
- Wherever your boat is. Invite the washer, diver or technician you already use and the record builds from their first visit. KEEL's own network of pros is growing marina by marina.
