Add your boat

Put your boat on KEEL so a washer, diver or technician can find it and work on it. Takes about two minutes.

    Open the Care tab

    Care is the first tab at the bottom of the screen.

    Tap Add your boat

    The card under the picture at the top.

    • No boat yet: this card is on Care.
    • Another boat: your initials, Settings & account, + Add vessel.

    Type the boat's name

    Vessel name is the only field you must fill.

    Add year and slip

    The slip is the number on your dock.

    Why does the slip matter?

    GPS can place a pro at the marina but cannot tell your boat from the one beside it. The slip is on their screen when they arrive.

    Type your home port

    The marina where the boat lives.

    It is how KEEL matches your boat with pros who work at that marina.

  7. Step 7 of 9

    Add engine details

    Hours, make and model. All optional.

    Why ask about the engine?

    The engine make and model let KEEL use the manufacturer's service schedule instead of a generic list.
