It tells KEEL the job did not happen. The job stays on record, the reminders stop, nobody is charged, and KEEL is told. With two or three open jobs, KEEL asks which one by number. Never reply CANCEL or STOP instead: phone companies read those as unsubscribe, and you stop getting every KEEL text, payment texts included.
The job is closed, and your payment starts its 24 hour window.
